I have spent the better part of my life as a modern ballet dancer in San Francisco, branching into ethnic dance, greek, middle eastern and flamenco as well. I spent years in the Northern Caifornia Bay Area as a director in the theater. Now I haunt Chatarras (junk yards) hoping to find something that speaks to me when no one else is listening. It is a bit like chasing clouds when I was young, imagining what this cloud looked like and then the next. The piece I created for the auction is Mother Nature with all her elements represented, she even has earthquakes if you gently push her, as she is mounted on a spring construction. She stands 2 feet high and is about 1/2 foot wide. She has no price as I want her to go to ever loves her and bring what money she can to the cause. Love, Gayle
