Ilene Ferber has been a working ceramic artist for more than 35 years. She has recently worked at the renowned Greenwich House Pottery in New York City and currently works at the Clay Arts Center in San Miguel. She has won recognition in juried shows and has been the principal teacher at her own studio in Brooklyn, NY. Ilene’s work ranges widely from functional, to whimsical to abstract. Its common denominator is an organic quality inspired by nature.
